Due to Exide's Orbital Grid Technology the Maxxima range can deliver over twice as much power than a conventional battery of equivalent size. Both battery types are totally non-spillable and will not leak even if the battery casing is pierced or broken.

Exide Maxxima batteries are available in two different variations. Choose either the Exide Maxxima 900 for starting applications that need an awful lot of oomph! Or choose the Exide Maxxima 900 DC (deep cycle) for starting and the additional advantage of a deep cycle capability for audio/auxiliary equipment and leisure and marine/boat applications.

Maxxima 900 starter battery

The 12 volt Maxxima 900 has conventional, post type battery terminals on the top and threaded, insert type terminals on the side (mainly used on American vehicles).

Features: 900CCA cranking amps - 50Ah (20hr) - weight = 17kg - dimensions 260mm L x 172 W x 205 H - multi-fit terminals - will not leak (can be fitted on it's side if necessary). 2 year guarantee which is valid in most european countries through an Exide agent.

Maxxima 900DC starter/deep cycle battery

The 12 volt Maxxima 900DC has conventional, post type battery terminals for connecting starter cables. It also has threaded, upright, studs for connecting auxiliaries/accessories. Both pairs of terminals are situated on top of the battery.
